Western Red Cedar 

is naturally resistant to decay and insect damage, so no chemical treatment is required. Western red cedar wood is fairly lightweight, moderately soft, and low in strength, it produces Thujaplicin, a defense mechanism against rot and fungus. This natural fungicide enables even a dead tree to be a valuable part of the forest. Properly finished, western red cedar products will last for decades, even in harsh environments.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective item Homestead CedarWorks will, at its discretion and expense replace any parts that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at info@homesteadsupplier.com with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. Our 30-day warranty covers the replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover a refund of the purchase price for a return. In the event, the customer decides to cancel their order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us and paying for shipping and necessary restocking fees.

Note: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when a product has shipped. Items are sent via FedEx and on average take 5-7 days for delivery.
